Comprehensive Proposal Services

Over the past twelve years, Proposal-Central has assisted clients in winning more than $2 billion in public and private sector health care contracts, as well as securing monies through various grant opportunities.  As a full-service consulting firm, Proposal-Central supports strategic planning, product design, organizational positioning, proposal management, document creation, production support, and submission follow-up.  These consulting services do not merely offer advice, but generate actual product (i.e., winning proposals).  Information is obtained primarily from telephonic interviews with subject matter experts.  Our role is then to translate the gathered information into a well documented program that is marketable, deliverable, and fully compliant with program specifications.

Areas of Expertise

Proposal-Central can support any type of proposal initiative.  We specialize in all types of healthcare programs ranging from comprehensive physical/behavioral health services, carve-out behavioral health programs, and stand-alone, gatekeeper and integrated Employee Assistance and Work/Life Programs to facility administration, prison health services and pharmacy management.  While Proposal-Central specializes in public sector healthcare programs such as Medicaid and TRICARE, we offer extensive experience in procuring private sector contracts.  Our experience includes managed care as well as traditional ASO/PPO/POS healthcare programs.

Proposal-Central also offers comprehensive grant writing services and is experienced in procuring funding from federal, state and private sources.

Working with Clients
